How fast will you ship the order?

For canvas orders your order will be shipped within 2-3 days.

For all other orders your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours, usually the next day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and product ordered. However, most packages are delivered between 4-9 business days after shipment!

Where can I get my tracking number?

Once your package is shipped out you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

USD currency?

All prices on our site are listed in USD currency and so you will also be billed in USD currency. However, we accept payments in all currencies and also ship to all countries! 

How do I change or cancel my order?

In case you want to change or cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. We are able to cancel or modify your order up until it gets shipped out, so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or inquiries, we are happy to help out :)

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee for anyone who is not satisfied with our products. If for some reason you are not happy with your product, you are eligible for a full refund 30 days after delivery.

What is your exchange policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item please send us an email at: info@familygalore.com and we will provide you a replacement free of charge!
